Job Description
- The candidate must prepare written estimates of repair costs.
- The candidate must diagnose faults using testing devices.
- The candidate must replace faulty components.
- The candidate must use shop equipment and specialized diagnostic and programming apparatus to repair, adjust and reprogram appliances.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must hold a Registered Apprenticeship certificate.
- Or equivalent experience.
Work Setting
- The candidate must be able to work in an on-site customer service environment, such as an office or business location.

- The candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.
- The candidate must be able to pass a driving record check (abstract).
