Service bartender

N.C. Crossroad Lanes Ltd. ( Thompson, MB) is currently looking for a skilled Service bartender. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible hours, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must organize the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar.
• The candidate must clean the bar area and wash glassware.
• The candidate must serve food or snacks.
• The candidate must advise on wine selection.
• The candidate must provide recommendations on drink selections.
• The candidate must collect cash, credit/debit cards, or other payments for beverages.
• The candidate must operate the cash register accurately.
• The candidate must operate video lottery terminals.
• The candidate must record and balance beverage sales.
• The candidate must store beverage and food products.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
• The candidate must prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• The candidate must take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
• The candidate must have food safety and handling skills.

• The candidate must work in a lounge or nightclub to manage operations, provide customer service, ensure safety, and support entertainment or hospitality activities.
