Patricia Ford Sales (1994) LTD ( Manning, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Service advisor - auto repair. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Day shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop communication strategies.
• The candidate must advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
• The candidate must answer written and oral inquiries.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
• The candidate must arrange for billing for services.
• The candidate must arrange for refunds and credits.
• The candidate must explain the type and cost of services offered.
• The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
• The candidate must maintain records and statistics.
• The candidate must receive and log complaints.
• The candidate must receive payments.
• The candidate must explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients.
• The candidate must maintain and manage digital databases.
• The candidate must write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials.
• The candidate must answer clients' inquiries and provide information.
• The candidate must consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
