MAGNETAWAN GRILL AND GROCERY in Magnetawan, ON is seeking a self-motivated Server - food and beverage services. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time opportunity. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must present bills to customers and accept payments via cash, credit or debit cards, travellers’ cheques, or room billings.
• The candidate must describe menu items, including daily specials, for customers.
• The candidate must enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
• The candidate must advise on menu selections.
• The candidate must clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
• The candidate must greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• The candidate must order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
• The candidate must serve food and beverages.
• The candidate must take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
