Placements Montrusco Bolton Inc. in Montréal, QC is inviting applications for the position of Senior financial analyst. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate financial risk.
• The candidate must collect financial and investment information about companies, stocks, bonds, and other investments.
• The candidate must examine and analyze financial and investment information, including company profiles, stock or bond prices, yields, and future trends.
• The candidate must prepare company, industry, and economic outlooks, analytical reports, briefing notes, and correspondence.
• The candidate must develop risk management plans.
• The candidate must conduct variance analysis.
• The candidate must collect and analyze financial records, including statements, budgets, projections and sales data.
• The candidate must analyze clients' financial records.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be bilingual.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must uphold values and ethics.
• The candidate must be collaborative.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in an investment company to manage portfolios, analyze markets, and provide investment strategies to clients.
