Job Description
- The candidate must inspect products to determine the requirements for repair.
- The candidate must install electronic equipment.
- The candidate must repair electronic equipment.
- The candidate must inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies.
- The candidate must repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools.
- The candidate must diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults.
- The candidate must test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning.
- The candidate must adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment and assemblies.
- The candidate must calibrate products using hand tools.
- The candidate must complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports.
- The candidate must prepare detailed cost estimates.
- The candidate must supervise electronic equipment service technicians.
- The candidate must read blueprints and drawings.
- The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
