Starlight Casino - Edmonton in Edmonton, AB is seeking a self-motivated Security officer. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment - Part time.

Job Description

• The candidate must patrol assigned areas.
• The candidate must prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a casino to manage gaming operations, provide customer service, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.

• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
