Security officer

Lake City Casino Vernon in Vernon, BC is seeking a self-motivated Security officer. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Casual employment - Part time leading to full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must enforce regulations to maintain order, resolve conflicts, and monitor establishment activities.
• The candidate must patrol assigned areas.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a casino to manage gaming operations, provide customer service, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
