Security guard supervisor

Canadian Tire ( Kenora, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Security guard supervisor. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.
• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must supervise office and volunteer staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
