Second cook

Staffing Plus ( North York, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Second cook. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Casual employment - Part time. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours, To be determined.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must have strong time management skills.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
• The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.
• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
• The candidate must be able to work in a hotel, motel, or resort with additional sports and leisure facilities, set in a natural environment that attracts visitors beyond the accommodations.
• The candidate must work in a casino to manage gaming operations, provide customer service, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
