Structures Stross in Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC is seeking a self-motivated Sawyer - woodworking. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Day shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must set up, program, and operate computerized or manual woodworking machines.
• The candidate must fabricate or repair wooden parts for furniture, fixtures, and other wood products.
• The candidate must operate gluing machines to glue pieces of wood together or press and affix wood veneer to wood surfaces.
• The candidate must operate preset special-purpose woodworking machines to fabricate wood products.
• The candidate must read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions.
• The candidate must clean and lubricate machinery and equipment.
• The candidate must replace parts as required.
• The candidate must read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
