Sales supervisor

BMW Sarnia is situated in Sarnia, ON and is hiring a Sales supervisor to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must have the ability to multitask.
