Sales supervisor - retail

Canadian Tire in Sidney, BC is seeking a self-motivated Sales supervisor - retail. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design teams.
• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must order merchandise.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must supervise office and volunteer staff.
• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
