Sales supervisor - retail

SICAMOUS ESSO/HUSKY TRAVEL CENTER ( Sicamous, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Sales supervisor - retail. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Term or contractFull time. Work schedule: To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design teams.
• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be accurate.
