Produits American Biltrite Ltée ( Sherbrooke, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Rubber moulder operator - rubber products manufacturing. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must set up, operate, and tend machinery used for mixing, calendering, extruding, molding, and curing rubber materials or products.
• The candidate must check and monitor product quality.
• The candidate must train or assist in the training of other workers.
• The candidate must operate machines or equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit, and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products.
• The candidate must operate finishing machines or equipment to trim, grind, or buff rubber products into final form.
• The candidate must inspect finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards.
• The candidate must affix seals or tags to approved products.
• The candidate must make minor adjustments or repairs to products.
• The candidate must adjust machinery and equipment to proper settings.

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be accurate.
