Integrity Roofers Ltd. in North York, ON is inviting applications for the position of Roofer. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles, shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings.
• The candidate must read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
• The candidate must repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings.
• The candidate must repair roofing systems.
• The candidate must instruct apprentices.
• The candidate must install sheet metal flashings.
• The candidate must erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work at heights.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
