GLOBAL SIDING & EXTERIOR is situated in Calgary, AB and is hiring a Roofer helper to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• The candidate must measure weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting.
• The candidate must assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
• The candidate must clean and pile salvaged materials.
• The candidate must clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
• The candidate must remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• The candidate must tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must be able to work at heights.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
