Two Hills Bottle Depot ( Two Hills, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Retail store supervisor. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
