Circle K Esso Gas Station in Red Deer, AB is seeking a self-motivated Retail store supervisor. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Evening, Night, Flexible hours shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must authorize payments via cheque.
• The candidate must order merchandise.
• The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
