Job Description

  • The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
  • The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.
  • The candidate must authorize payments via cheque.
  • The candidate must order merchandise.
  • The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
  • The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
  • The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
  • The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
  • The candidate must manage cash.
  • The candidate must conduct performance reviews.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
