Uncle Mayn's Convenience Ltd in Upper Letang, NB is seeking a self-motivated Retail store supervisor. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Term or contractFull time. Shift timings include: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.
• The candidate must authorize payments via cheque.
• The candidate must order merchandise.
• The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must oversee payroll administration.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

• The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
• The candidate must be able to work in an on-site customer service environment, such as an office or business location.
• The candidate must work in a gas bar.
• The candidate should work in the fast food sector and maintain high customer service standards during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
