Africa world Market LTD in Gloucester, ON is inviting applications for the position of Retail store supervisor. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Term or contractFull time opportunity. Work schedule: Day, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must order merchandise.
• The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must manage cash.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
