Job Description
- The candidate must supervise staff, including apprentices, stagehands, and design teams.
- The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
- The candidate must hire and train staff or arrange for their training as required.
- The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
- The candidate must establish work schedules.
- The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
- The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
- The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
