7-Eleven Canada Inc. ( 100 Mile House, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Retail store supervisor. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must order merchandise.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must manage cash.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
