Retail sales manager

Sleep Shop in 12540 Bridgeport RoadRichmond, BC is seeking a self-motivated Retail sales manager. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Day, Weekend, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales.
• The candidate must plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must provide staff training.
• The candidate must conduct training sessions.
• The candidate must assist in the display of merchandise.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must possess a master’s degree in a relevant field.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
• The candidate should work in a retail store for furniture that sells furniture and related accessories.
• The candidate should work in a retail business, purchasing goods from manufacturers or wholesalers, and selling these goods to consumers in small quantities.
