Golden Glass & Shower Doors Ltd is situated in Surrey, BC and is hiring a Retail sales manager to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales.
• The candidate must implement price and credit policies.
• The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.
• The candidate must plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must supervise office and volunteer staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre handling products from manufacturers or wholesalers, organizing them, and shipping them to their final destinations as quickly as possible.
