Boucherie Carrier is situated in Lévis, QC and is hiring a Retail meat cutter to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Early morning.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare special cuts of meat as ordered by customers.
• The candidate must cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
• The candidate must wrap and package prepared meats.
• The candidate must weigh meats for sale.
• The candidate must cut poultry into parts.
• The candidate must sell meats to customers.
• The candidate must grind meats.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a butcher shop to process, prepare, and handle meat products while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• The candidate should work in a supermarket/grocery store self-service shop offering a wide variety of food, beverages, and household products, organized into sections.
