Retail loss prevention officer

Exodus Investigators Group in Prescott, ON is inviting applications for the position of Retail loss prevention officer. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, To be determined shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate may be required to appear in court as a witness.
• The candidate must produce reports.
• The candidate must enforce regulations to maintain order, resolve conflicts, and monitor establishment activities.
• The candidate must patrol assigned areas.
• The candidate must prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate must maintain a positive attitude.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in cold or refrigerated conditions.
• The candidate must work in all weather conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a retail service establishment.
• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
