Exodus Investigators Group in Hawkesbury, ON is inviting applications for the position of Retail loss prevention officer. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours, To be determined shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate may be required to appear in court as a witness.
• The candidate must produce reports.
• The candidate must enforce regulations to maintain order, resolve conflicts, and monitor establishment activities.
• The candidate must patrol assigned areas.
• The candidate must prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate must maintain a positive attitude.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in cold or refrigerated conditions.
• The candidate must work in all weather conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a retail service establishment.
• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
