Ocean Treasures Take-Out ( Barrington Passage, NS) is currently looking for a skilled Restaurant supervisor. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must prepare food order summaries for chefs.
• The candidate must supervise and check the assembly of trays.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• The candidate must have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be dependable.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
