Restaurant supervisor

Tim Hortons ( Amherst, NS) is currently looking for a skilled Restaurant supervisor. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a food service establishment, which includes any indoor area or portion thereof where the principal business sells food for on-premises consumption.
• The candidate should work in a coffee shop that provides patrons with a place to congregate, talk, read, write, entertain one another, or pass the time, whether individually or in small groups.
• The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
