KFC ( Winkler, MB) is currently looking for a skilled Restaurant manager. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must analyze budgets to increase and maintain restaurant profits.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documentation.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
• The candidate must lead and instruct individuals.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must manage events.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
