DOMINOS PIZZA ( Calgary, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Restaurant manager. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Flexible availability required for: Shift, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should be client-focused.

• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
