Shady Tree Neighbourhood Pub is situated in Squamish, BC and is hiring a Restaurant manager to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Overtime required, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate must be able to meet tight deadlines.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.
