Ricky's All Day Grill in Leduc, AB is inviting applications for the position of Restaurant manager. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documentation.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
