Swiss Chalet is situated in Petawawa, ON and is hiring a Restaurant manager to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be accurate.
