Pizza Garden Brentwood Mall is situated in Burnaby, BC and is hiring a Restaurant manager to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must cost products and services.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must analyze financial records to determine a company’s competitiveness or market value.
• The candidate must have food safety and handling skills.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate must be flexible.
