Domino's Pizza in Victoria, BC is seeking a self-motivated Restaurant manager. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must have the ability to multitask.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
