Befikre- Indian Resto Bar in Mississauga, ON is seeking a self-motivated Restaurant manager. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must analyze budgets to increase and maintain restaurant profits.
• The candidate must develop budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documentation.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
