G-R3volution Enterprises is situated in Chilliwack, BC and is hiring a Restaurant manager to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and cost estimates.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must have the ability to multitask.
