Residential construction supervisor

Premier Property Maintenance Inc in Murillo, ON is seeking a self-motivated Residential construction supervisor. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Morning, Day, Evening shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise workers and oversee projects.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must oversee apprenticeship training.
• The candidate must estimate costs and materials.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must requisition materials and supplies.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
