National Car Rental in Nanaimo, BC is inviting applications for the position of Rental service supervisor. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
• The candidate must authorize payments via cheque.
• The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
