Now hiring: Renovation manager at A+ Value Cabinetry & Countertops in Winnipeg, MB. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Morning, Day shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must plan and prepare work schedules.
• The candidate must inspect subcontractors’ work for quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
• The candidate must prepare estimates and bids for construction, renovation and restoration projects.
• The candidate must collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications.
• The candidate must prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in management to oversee operations, coordinate teams, implement policies, and ensure organizational objectives are achieved.
• The candidate must work in a supervisory role to oversee teams, coordinate operations, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
