Job Description

• The candidate must analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organizational structures.
• The candidate must conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• The candidate must develop quality management and quality assurance standards.
• The candidate must conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
• The candidate must propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures.
• The candidate must plan the re-organization of operations.
• The candidate must offer mentoring.
• The candidate must direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must possess a master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
