Regulatory compliance officer

Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission in Bedford, NS is seeking a self-motivated Regulatory compliance officer. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
• The candidate must propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must have successfully completed studies in Business Administration and Management, General.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must have strong time management skills.
• The candidate must demonstrate integrity.
