Le Capitole de Québec Inc. is situated in Québec, QC and is hiring a Accommodation services manager to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be bilingual.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
