ACATCM in Calgary, AB is seeking a self-motivated Registered acupuncture practitioner. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Term or contractPart time leading to full time employment. Required shifts: Day, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must diagnose patient illnesses and minor injuries such as allergies and muscle strains or sprains.
• The candidate must diagnose physiological disorders and injuries of patients.
• The candidate must treat patients by administering small doses of remedies derived from natural substances, in chemical or herbal form, or by recommending appropriate lifestyle changes.
• The candidate must treat diseases, physiological disorders, and injuries of patients.
• The candidate must advise patients on herbal treatments.
• The candidate must manipulate or apply pressure to various parts of the body, hands, and feet.
• The candidate must provide alternative forms of health care to patients.
• The candidate must treat patients using acupuncture needles or stimulation techniques.
