ARIES STARS RENO&CONSTR. INC. in Welland, ON is seeking a self-motivated Recruiting officer. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must identify current and prospective staffing requirements.
• The candidate must prepare and post notices and advertisements.
• The candidate must collect and screen applicants.
• The candidate must advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
• The candidate must review candidate inventories.
• The candidate must contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
• The candidate must recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions.
• The candidate must coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
• The candidate must notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
• The candidate must advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
• The candidate must determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training.
• The candidate must supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
