Job Description
- The candidate must demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness, or sports activities and techniques.
- The candidate must instruct groups and individuals in arts and crafts.
- The candidate must assist with coordination of recreational, sport, and fitness events.
- The candidate must lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs.
- The candidate must plan and carry out recreational, fitness, and sports activities.
- The candidate must prepare reports.
- The candidate must understand principles of group dynamics.
- The candidate must lead and instruct groups.
- The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
- The candidate should be client-focused.
- The candidate must be dependable.
- The candidate must be flexible.
- The candidate must show initiative.
- The candidate must be well-organized.
- The candidate must be reliable.
- The candidate must be a good team player.
Work Site Environment
- The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
