Magnitude in Mississauga, ON is inviting applications for the position of Recreation manager. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop and manage programs and services.
• The candidate must provide technical and professional advice.
• The candidate must develop policies and procedures to implement programs.
• The candidate must recruit professional coaches and athletes.
• The candidate must organize and administer national and provincial training, coaching or officiating programs.
• The candidate must manage the daily operations of a sport or recreational organization.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must negotiate business contracts.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or equivalent experience.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
